As a the event in held in the Czech Republic and is organised by a UK company, the prices include 0% VAT.

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and a settled invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, admittance will not be allowed.

Travel, accomodation and insurance:

It is the delegates responsibility to ensure travel and health insurance is in place prior to travel.

The delegate fees do not include any insurances, accommodation or travel costs.

Cancellation policy:
 

Cancellation before 31st  December 2023: the registration fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of £50 (VAT Incl).

No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 31st  December 2023.

Cancellation requests must include the participant’s name, e-mail address, and the amount paid. Please send your request to info@eupeptidesynthesis.com

Bobsled Evening

The bobsled networking evening is held at Prague Bobsled Track and is an outdoor track with indoor catering. In the event of adverse weather the event is subject to limited or non use of the track. In this case the evening will still go ahead with food and drinks provided as planned, but use of the track may be unavailable.

In this circumstance you may choose to have a refund or attend the event without the use of the track.

Photography:

As in-person participants of the EPSC-2024 Meeting, the registered delegates authorize the organizers to use any photograph or video taken during the congress and to make it available on the congress website and on partners medias ; to the express exclusion of operations outside the context of the communication activities related to the event, and any use likely to damage reputation or any other medium of pornographic, racist, xenophobic character or any other prejudicial exploitation.
