Delegates may attend the evening networking dinner on the 24th August for a €50 contribution, available as an add-on to the delegate ticket.
Delegates attending the evening networking dinner will enjoy a relaxed Andalusian dining experience featuring a variety of live culinary stations and buffet selections.
The evening includes an Iberian charcuterie station with premium cured meats and traditional accompaniments, alongside a cheese buffet offering a selection of artisan cheeses served with jams and breads. A lively Andalusian frying station will prepare fresh local favourites including baby fish, anchovies, shrimp fritters, cuttlefish and gourmet croquettes.
Guests can also enjoy a live BBQ station serving grilled Iberian pork, beef, chicken, chorizo and seasonal vegetables. The evening concludes with a dessert buffet featuring fine pastries and coffee.
The dinner includes carefully selected Spanish wines, beers, soft drinks, mineral water and traditional “tinto de verano.
