The FYCMA Trade Fairs and Congress Center of Málaga, located in the capital of the Costa del Sol - the second most important communications and transport hub in Spain and the first in the south of the country – is located next to the motorway that joins the ring roads of Malaga with the Mediterranean Motorway.
There are excellent connections to the FYCMA venue from Malaga Airport from throughout Europe by air or rail.

In the weeks before the conference we will launch a CarPool so that you may share travel with other delegates.
Otherwise a taxi ride is recommended. Charges are approximately
€15 each way with UBER and taxis are available without pre-booking at the airport.

The FYCMA venue has a free car park with 1,200 spaces right next to the exhibition halls, where you can park your car and get to the event quickly and easily.

Nationals of some countries will need a travel-visa to enter Spain (and Schengen area).
Participants should contact the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in their home country as soon as possible to confirm their travel-visa requirements.
It is the sole responsibility of the participant to procure the necessary visa to attend the conference.
If you are planning to travel make sure you have the appropriate visa for your stay and take the necessary steps to obtain it in a timely manner.
The EPSC is not able to assist participants directly with their visa application and cannot intervene with Embassies or Consulates on behalf of any participant.

As part of your visa application you may require a letter of invitation
Only fully registered delegates to the conference may request a personal invitation letter.
These will be provided by email. If requested as a hardcopy, all relevant expenses for the invitation letter sent by courier service must be paid in advance.
Please note that the visa invitation letter only aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference and it is not a commitment from the organizers to cover any financial support or to cover any expenses. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
