L13 - Selected examples on the use of SPPS/CEPS in scale-up of peptides

This contribution will present selected examples on the use of SPPS/CEPS for the scalable and sustainable production of peptide API. The synthetic routes that will be discussed are straight-trough SPPS, fragment condensation using classical ligation strategies and fragment condensation using Chemo-Enzymatic Peptide Synthesis (ref Peptiligase).
